Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey completed on November 1, 2022 found that, Brightstar Care of York, Lancaster and Hanover County had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced on-site re-licensure survey completed June 9, 2022.
